Information: Mike Kittredge is the College Eight Programs Coordinator (CPC). His responsibilities include working with a staff of student leaders to provide our College Eight (C8) community with a wide range of social, educational, and academic programs and events. He and his staff work to create a sense of community at C8 through medium and large-scale events such as café nights, open mics, thematic outings both on and off campus, College Nights and more. Mike also coordinates College Eight’s orientation and commencement efforts as well as the annual sustainability project, which is required component of the C8 core course. In his free time, Mike enjoys living in Santa Cruz with his dog Sandy. He is also an avid surfer and outdoors enthusiast. He spends much of his time hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, rock climbing and taking photos when he is not in the water at his favorite surf spots in Santa Cruz. Mike also brings his personal and professional passions for diversity, social justice, and environmental responsibility to the position of CPC.
